As a website designer and coder, I create websites easy to maintain, affordable to implement, take advantage of the latest social media marketing opportunities, are search engine friendly, reflect the branding of the company or individual, and allow ease of access to the information visitors to the site seek.

I primarily implement websites using WordPress. WordPress is a user-friendly Content Management System (CMS) that is free, open source software with the built-in ability to create and manage website pages and blogs. As an open source solution, there are a variety of free “plugins” that extend the functionality of the WordPress application to include a shopping cart, image galleries, and more. The benefits of WordPress include:

Lately, I’ve been converting many existing websites to WordPress so people can update their own sites and have all the search engine friendliness that WordPress provides.
